Andrew joins Alma with over 36 years’ experience working in the City; advising boards and management teams of both listed and private companies on their corporate, financial and investor communications.
He began his career as a corporate broker at global investment banks HSBC James Capel, BZW and Credit Suisse First Boston before moving into corporate and financial communications in 2000 as a Partner of Hogarth, where he became CEO in 2009. When Hogarth became part of the foundation of MHP Group in 2010, Andrew served as the Chief Executive and then Executive Chair of the firm’s capital markets advisory business.
Andrew is very much a client relationship driven adviser with particular expertise in the areas of IPOs, M&A, capital raisings and other complex financial communications issues.
