Flexibility has always been a key component of our culture and that can only work when every member of the team has the trust of those around them. We expect our team to work long hours at times to meet our clients’ needs, so we also expect them to find time to enjoy themselves and wind down. We do not expect them to take a half day’s holiday to go to the dentist or justify how they spend their time. It’s all about balance.

We focus on the quality of work and advice we provide, not how many hours we spend in the office. We have a culture of which we’re fiercely proud and our outstanding retention record, both staff and clients, suggests we’ve got something right.
