Sam has over 7 years’ experience in financial PR and has been at Alma since 2017.
In his role as Director, Sam is the client lead on his accounts and advises clients across all levels of strategic communications including M&A, IPOs and financial calendar work. Sam works with a range of Main Market and AIM-listed growth companies with a particular specialism in Consumer Goods and Support Services.
Sam has advised on the IPO and subsequent sale of Codemasters plc, the acquisitions of CSS Industries by IG Design Group and the sale of Entertainment One to Hasbro for £3.3 billion.
